Booking Policy

At Rockabelles, we want to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve. To help us manage our schedule fairly, we require booking deposits for all Colour services and for larger Hair, Beauty, and Nail appointments.

If you book online, our team will be in touch to arrange your deposit. Please note that appointments without a deposit cannot be secured.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client, and ensures your deposit can be refunded or transferred. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if changes are made within 48 hours of your appointment.

If an appointment is missed without notice, the full cost of the reserved time will be invoiced.

By booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — it helps us provide the best service to all of our clients and protects our business.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days  (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply issues, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Please note, we only ship within the UK.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Tracked 48: 2 working days

    • Tracked 24: next day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the time the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • In the event your parcel is delayed significantly, please contact us and we will try our best to contact the courier to resolve the delays.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7days with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cut Off

Our order cut off is 3:30pm each day so please make sure you order before then. If you order after 3:30pm, your products will be delivered in 2 working days. Our courier collects from us and delivers Monday to Friday so if you order before 3:30pm on Friday, your delivery will arrive on Monday. If you order after 3:30pm on Friday, your delivery will arrive on Tuesday.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our returns policy makes it simple to return or exchange items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.

    • In the original packaging (where applicable).

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return and we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  • Please do not send items back without notifying us first.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange this.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

 

Product recalls

Your safety is very important to us. In the extremely rare circumstances that we need to recall a product, we will get in touch with you to arrange collection of the product and we will issue a full refund.
