To help us provide the best service and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer your reserved time to another client and ensures your deposit can be refunded. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, however, result in the deposit being non-refundable and you being charged in full for the allocated time of your appointment.
